Roofing Supervisor

PAYLESS ROOFING INC. is seeking a skilled Roofing Supervisor to lead our roofing crew. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and repair of roofs, ensuring high-quality workmanship and meeting project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and Supervise Roofing Crew: Direct and manage a team of 3-4 roofers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project completion.
- Estimate and Plan Projects: Conduct site visits, assess project requirements, and estimate materials and labor costs to ensure accurate project planning.
- Inspect and Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
- Client Communication: Liaise with clients to discuss project progress, address concerns, and provide updates on project timelines.
- Team Development: Mentor and train roofers to improve their skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in roofing or a related field
- Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, lift heavy loads, and perform physical tasks such as bending, crouching, and kneeling.
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
