Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
  • Train and supervise staff on job duties, sanitation procedures, and quality control standards.
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to optimize inventory management.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, customer feedback, and operational performance.
  • Supervise the assembly of trays and ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Develop and implement budget and cost estimates to maintain profitability.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Safe Food Handling certificate.
  • Experience in a food service environment is an asset.
Working Conditions:
  • 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
