Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Hut. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and dining areas, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring that food is prepared and served to the highest standards
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements, ensuring that our kitchen is well-stocked and prepared for peak periods
- Hire and manage food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards, ensuring that our food meets the highest standards of taste, presentation, and safety
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and customer feedback, providing valuable insights to inform our business decisions
- Collaborate with our culinary team to develop new menu items and promotions, driving sales and customer engagement
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service or hospitality role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, with a commitment to maintaining high standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
