About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Assist in the operational functions of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
    • Ensure that all store operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Customer Experience
    • Model desired selling and customer service behaviors at all times to promote a positive in-store experience.
    • Coach and train sales associates on customer service fundamentals and provide feedback to improve performance.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Provide regular sales reports and analysis to store management to inform business decisions.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of action plans to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
  • Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends, closing, and holidays.
