Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff
- Direct and oversee the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
- Ensure that staff are trained in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Manage Food and Beverage Operations
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Lead and Develop the Team
- Train and develop food service staff to improve their skills and performance.
- Identify and address any performance issues or concerns.
- Administrative and Reporting Tasks
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports as required.
- Education and Experience
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Work Environment and Conditions
