Key Responsibilities
  • Assess the needs of clients through comprehensive interviews and reviews of personal history
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions
  • Support a caseload of children of various ages, determining appropriate milestones to gauge progress
  • Communicate client updates to relevant parties, facilitating referrals to other healthcare professionals and programs
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client documentation
  • Collaborate with team members and community partners to ensure seamless care
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Member of the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
