About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Rivergrove Convenience. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and other key metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to sales associates to enhance their skills and knowledge, and support their career development.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
