We are seeking a skilled Landscape Labourer to join our team at Paul's Lawn Care. As a key member of our outdoor maintenance team, you will be responsible for assisting with landscape constructions, weeding, pruning, and trimming trees and plants, cutting grass, raking and collecting refuse, and performing various other tasks related to lawn care and landscaping.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with landscape constructions, including laying sod or seed, planting bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees, and applying fertilizers.
- Weed, prune, and trim trees and plants to maintain a healthy and visually appealing landscape.
- Cut grass and perform other lawn care tasks as needed.
- Rake and collect refuse, and cart and spread topsoil and other materials.
- Repair and maintain equipment, and operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment.
- Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens.
This is an on-the-road job, requiring you to work outdoors in various weather conditions. You will be working independently, but as part of a team, to ensure that our clients' lawns and landscapes are well-maintained.
Requirements- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labour tasks.
- Ability to operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment.
English or French is the primary language of communication in this role.
Work ScheduleThis is a permanent position, requiring 40 to 60 hours of work per week.
