Key Responsibilities
  • Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and allocate tasks to our sales team to ensure that our customers receive prompt and courteous service.
  • Authorize Payments: Process payments and handle customer transactions in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Order Merchandise: Coordinate with our purchasing team to ensure that our shelves are stocked with the latest and greatest products.
  • Resolve Customer Issues: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Organize Inventory: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records to ensure that our merchandise is properly stocked and displayed.
  • Manage Cash: Handle cash transactions and maintain a secure and accurate cash handling system.
  • Supervise Staff: Provide guidance and support to our sales team to ensure that they are meeting our high standards of customer service and sales performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales or retail environment.
  • Benefits: Disability benefits, free parking available, and a permanent position with 30 to 40 hours of work per week.
