We are seeking a skilled Sr QA Engineer to join our team at Paymentus Holdings Inc.

The ideal candidate will have experience in manually testing UI, API, Database, and Batch jobs as part of online bill payment services.

As a key Agile team member, you will work closely with Product, Leadership, Development, Customer Support, and Implementation teams to define and test application changes, enhancements, and defects.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Manual testing of UI, API, Database, and Batch jobs
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to define and test application changes
  • Identification and reporting of defects
