Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect, disassemble, reassemble, and install mechanical equipment and systems
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues to identify problems and resolve them
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is running efficiently and safely
  • Use a variety of tools and equipment, including micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators
  • Work with technical drawings, blueprints, and operation and maintenance manuals
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer needs are met in a timely manner
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
Requirements:
  • Grade 12 education or equivalent
  • Red Seal Millwright trade ticket
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related industrial environment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
