The Opportunity

As a Retail Store Setup Specialist, you will work alongside a team of experienced retail professionals to support our clients and partners through a new store setup in a retail environment. You will gain valuable merchandising and building experience, as well as the opportunity to join new and exciting projects throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and moving retail fixtures to prepare for product
  • Placing fixtures according to store layout plan
  • Setting products to planogram
  • Installing price tags and signage throughout the store
Requirements

We are seeking reliable, safety-conscious individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy working collaboratively. The ideal candidates should possess a strong work ethic, be dependable, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a team of approximately 10 people. Additionally, candidates should be organized and maintain a professional and calm demeanor.

  • At least one year of merchandising and planogram experience in a grocery, drug store, or big box environment is essential.
  • Previous experience working with planograms in an auto parts store is an asset.
  • Is comfortable using small tools such as a hammer, screwdriver, level, tape measure, etc.
  • Experience building retail store fixtures from scratch is preferred.
  • Possesses the ability to efficiently follow instructions.
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail skills.
  • Ability to adapt to change and manage time effectively.
  • Physically fit, able to lift up to 40lbs, and perform continuous standing, bending, reaching, kneeling, twisting, and lifting for long periods.
  • Safety boots are required.
