Job Overview

As a Cleaning Supervisor at Jit's Building Maintenance, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our facilities maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
Work Environment
  • Exposure to wet and damp conditions.
  • Work may involve dusty environments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and oversee cleaning staff to ensure effective performance.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning personnel.
  • Conduct inspections of sites or facilities to verify compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services such as painting, repairs, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate financial records related to cleaning operations.
  • Assist cleaning staff in performing their duties as needed.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for cleaning staff.
Physical Requirements
  • Role is physically demanding, requiring a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
