Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team at Tim Horton's. As a Food Service Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook food items, such as sandwiches, salads, and soups, according to company recipes and standards.
  • Cash Handling: Operate a cash register, handle customer transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including the counter, dining area, and kitchen.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
Equipment and Machinery Experience
  • Electronic Cash Register: Experience operating an electronic cash register.
  • Grill: Experience using a grill.
Weight Handling
  • Up to 23 kg (50 lbs): Ability to lift and carry up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
