About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Business Development and Sales to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing the P&L, and attending management and board meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement market share growth plans
  2. Manage the company's budget and financial performance
  3. Attend management and board meetings to provide strategic guidance

Requirements

  1. Degree in management or engineering; MBA preferred
  2. 8+ years of experience in engineered product sales
  3. Proficiency in French a plus
  4. Valid passport
