Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance personnel.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Operations Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the hotel, including the management of supplies and equipment.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and evaluate staff members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Financial Management: Manage the hotel's budget, including the procurement of materials and supplies.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: Experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is an asset.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
