Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Fabricator to join our team at Revo Plumbing and Heating Incorporated. As a key member of our fabrication department, you will be responsible for creating high-quality sheet metal products and components for our plumbing and heating systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Measure and mark sheet metal according to templates and specifications.
  • Operate metalworking machines to cut, punch, drill, shape, or straighten sheet metal.
  • Grind and buff seams, joints, and rough surfaces to ensure a smooth finish.
  • Inspect products to ensure quality and conformity to specifications.
  • Operate plasma cutters to precision-cut sheet metal.
  • Instruct apprentices and provide guidance to junior team members.
  • Supervise other workers and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Fabricate and assemble sheet metal parts and components.
  • Install sheet metal products according to specifications and building codes.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy.
Requirements
  • Aerial lift and aerial work platform Certification.
  • Sheet Metal Worker Trade Certification.
  • CPR Certificate.
  • Sheet Metal Worker Red Seal Certificate.
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
  • Fall Arrest Protection Training Course.
  • Basic security clearance.
  • Criminal record check.
  • Driver's validity licence check.
  • Driving record check (abstract).
