Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, capable of conveying information in both technical and non-technical terms.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach, prioritizing the needs and satisfaction of our clients.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree, relevant technical diploma, or equivalent experience in the industry.
- Proficiency in API Testing tools such as SOAP API, TestServer, and Postman API.
- Familiarity with database management tools including SSMS, Dbeaver, and Powershell for script creation and updates.
- Experience with the installation and configuration of Apache HTTP Server.
- Strong knowledge of Apache Tomcat Server installation and configuration.
- Ability to analyze and interpret Apache log files for troubleshooting.
- Understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Working knowledge of Virtual Machines (VMs) and VPN connectivity setup and maintenance.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office 365 applications.
