Position Summary:

As a Corporate Legal Assistant at Mark Anthony Group, your primary focus will be to streamline legal processes, reduce costs associated with external legal counsel, and implement a robust internal contract management system. This role is crucial in adapting to the dynamic needs of our expanding business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal drafting: review documents, provide feedback, and identify necessary resources.
  • Collaborate with external legal advisors when specialized knowledge is required.
  • Engage in teams focused on developing an internal legal contract resource platform.
  • Establish and manage the internal legal agreement process and signing authority framework.
  • Track and report on agreements categorized by type, timelines, and approval workflows.
  • Monitor follow-ups and gather information needed by other departments for timely processing and renewals.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Corporate Legal Assistant within a corporate legal environment.
  • In-depth understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and research methodologies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal management software.
  • Commitment to ethical standards and confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • Paralegal certification from an accredited institution is preferred.
