Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at La Bosco Bakery & Cafe. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and cash wrap area
  • Restock shelves and merchandise as needed
  • Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail experience preferred
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
