Job Summary

Surerus Pipeline Inc is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Labourer / Wash Bay Attendant to join our team in Fort St John. As a key member of our shop team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment, ensuring equipment is properly prepared for service, and performing various tasks to support our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general housekeeping duties in and around the shop, including sweeping, washing, and organizing equipment and tools.
  • Ensure incoming units are cleaned and maintained prior to servicing or dispatch, adhering to Surerus processes and procedures.
  • Operate hand and power tools, and perform spotting for various types of equipment.
  • Hand in paperwork as required by administration and the safety department.
  • Report all unsafe conditions, hazards, or equipment damage immediately to the Supervisor.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must be reliable, with attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
  • Physically fit, with 1-3 years of directly related experience.
  • Knowledge and experience with Heavy Equipment considered an asset.
  • Safety certifications such as Standard First Aid & Loader Certification considered an asset.
  • Strong communication skills.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time hourly position, working Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm, with overtime hours as needed. A pre-access drug and alcohol test will be required for this safety-sensitive position.
