Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to ensure efficient meal preparation and service.
    • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food to meet quality control standards.
  • Staff Management
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and ensure accurate ordering.
  • Operations and Administration
