- 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a nursing home or long-term care facility.
- College diploma or certificate in a related field, such as healthcare or social services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
