  1. Evaluate and confirm the scope of content requirements for training development initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  2. Identify and select relevant source materials, including manuals, guidelines, and best practices, to inform training program design and delivery.
  3. Gather content from diverse mediums such as publications, training videos, and relevant research articles, and format and structure it in alignment with training standards and instructional design principles.
  4. Review and edit content for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with training objectives, ensuring that it meets the specific needs of personnel.
  5. Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure content meets the specific needs of personnel, and validate content accuracy by thoroughly reviewing design documents, training scenarios, and final products.
