Key Responsibilities:We are looking for a Structural Engineering Specialist with expertise in bridge design and engineering solutions.Assist in current and future projects, including conducting site evaluations and feasibility assessments.Develop and prepare project estimates, proposals, budgets, and execution plans.Participate in project management activities, ensuring compliance with timelines and budgetary constraints.Oversee and mentor Junior Engineers and Engineering Interns.When required, provide professional certification on engineering documents.Prepare documentation, including technical reports, specifications, and municipal submissions.Collaborate effectively with internal teams, external stakeholders, government entities, contractors, and clients.The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:In-depth knowledge of structural systems and materials, including water management and flow dynamics.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and professionally.Meticulous attention to detail.A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in the field.A degree in civil engineering from an accredited institution.Professional Engineer (P.Eng) designation is required.A valid driver's license and willingness to travel for project site visits.Proficiency in MS Office Suite.Benefits:Attractive compensation and benefits package.Flexible work schedule promoting work-life balance.Engagement in community initiatives and charitable activities.A vibrant company culture with various employee activities.Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.
