Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shop Foreman to join our team at Brandt. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our equipment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance and Repair: Supervise and coordinate the maintenance and repair of our equipment, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of technicians and service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Manage and maintain our inventory of spare parts and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to complete repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure that all work meets our high standards.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for our technicians and service staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years' experience as a Service Technician, Journeyman certification preferred.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and coach others, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiar with company and competitive products, with a basic understanding of financial principles related to service department operations.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Forklift license preferred.
