Job Title: Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Early Years Education System Inc.

Job Summary:

The Early Childhood Educator will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging environment for children aged 0-5 years. This role involves developing and implementing child-care programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess children's development to create personalized learning plans.
  • Bathe, diaper, and feed infants and toddlers.
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that support children's growth.
  • Assist early childhood educators in carrying out programs.
  • Lead activities such as storytelling, singing, and outings.
  • Keep records and submit written observations.
  • Attend staff meetings to discuss children's progress.
  • Establish relationships with co-workers and community service providers.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience.
  • Non-smoking environment.
  • Air-conditioned workspace.
  • Childcare centre setting.
