Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive retail growth: Ensure every sales transaction is beneficial for both the customer and the business.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Some experience in a leadership role, preferably in a sales-driven environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with a focus on people and results, aimed at driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Compassionate and integrity-driven, with a genuine care for customers.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift over 50 pounds and handle home goods.
  • Capable of passing background checks, including criminal, employment, and credit checks.
