Key Qualifications for a Successful Buyer:
  1. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities with a proven track record of generating and maintaining various reports. Proficient in Excel, with the ability to assess performance metrics and respond to market trends effectively.
  2. Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams. A commitment to mentoring and developing team members in the buying and production processes.

Additional Requirements:
  1. Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, or a related field.
  2. A minimum of 2 years of buying experience in the retail apparel sector.
  3. Strong negotiation skills.
