About the Role:

  • You will work with high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners to create customized portfolios and wealth plans that meet their complex financial needs.
  • You will leverage RBC's extensive investment and wealth management resources to provide personalized service and advice to your clients.
  • You will establish and maintain reciprocal relationships with RBC partners to ensure your clients are supported in all aspects of their financial lives.

What We're Looking For:

  • 4-6 years of outbound sales experience and a comfort level with earning 100% commission.
  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or willingness to complete it prior to your start date.
  • A passion for financial planning and a keen interest in portfolio management.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and an ability to connect with all types of individuals.
