Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of our employees and the organization
  • Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and online courses
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and opportunities
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training content
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or College Diploma in an HR Training related field
  • 3+ years of experience in training and development
  • Excellent knowledge of adult learning theories, learning designs, and delivery
  • Experience in industrial settings is an asset
  • Knowledge of OHS Legislation
