Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Obstetrics department at GR Baker Memorial Hospital.

Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Registered Nurse to extend their nursing knowledge and skills in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with our healthcare team, and contribute to the development of our nursing practice.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing care to assigned patients, under the direction of the Nursing Unit Coordinator.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of nursing care plans.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Contribute to the education and training of nursing staff.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of our nursing practice.
Requirements:
  • Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN registrant.
  • Ability to physically perform the duties of the job and has the ability to organize the work.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Able to communicate effectively in verbal and written form.
  • Able to operate related equipment.
