About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Database Systems Analyst to join our team at Lionhead Mechanical. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing database systems that meet the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Database Design and Development: Develop and implement a strategic blueprint for deploying databases within our organization, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Database Administration: Operate database management systems to analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Data Governance: Develop and implement data administration policies, standards, and models to ensure data quality and compliance.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate teams of data administrators in the development and implementation of data policies, standards, and models.
  • Technical Expertise: Develop and implement scripts related to stored procedures and triggers to optimize database performance.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in database administration or a related field.
