Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Event Experience Ambassador. This is a part-time, hourly, events-based position that requires a passion for delivering exceptional fan experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and admit guests upon presentation of valid tickets, identification, or passes
- Monitor seating areas and crowd control
- Direct and assist guests with any service-related issues
- Other duties as required
Requirements
- Proven experience in the customer service industry
- Ability to work weeknights, weekends, and holidays with a start time of approximately 5:30pm
- Ability to safely lift up to 35 lbs
- Ability to stand during scheduled shifts, withstand repetitive walking, reaching, and bending for long periods of time
- Fluent in the English language, both oral and written; fluency in a second language would be an asset
- Ability to learn and manage various programs, including emergency response systems, crowd control, lost children, alcohol programs, etc.
- First Aid certificate is an asset
