Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Fan Experience Attendant. As a key member of our events team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience at our games, concerts, and events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and admit guests upon presentation of valid tickets, identification, or passes
  • Monitor seating areas and crowd control
  • Direct and assist guests with any service-related issues
  • Other duties as required

Requirements

  • Proven experience in the customer service industry
  • Ability to work weeknights, weekends, and holidays with a start time of approximately 5:30pm
  • Ability to safely lift up to 35 lbs
  • Ability to stand during scheduled shifts, withstand repetitive walking, reaching, and bending for long periods of time
  • Fluent in the English language, both oral and written; fluency in a second language would be an asset
  • Ability to learn and manage various programs, including emergency response systems, crowd control, lost children, alcohol programs, etc.
  • First aid certificate is an asset
