About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team at 1409513 B.C. LTD. as a key member of our production team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret and execute welding process specifications to ensure high-quality products.
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment, as well as flame-cutting equipment, to fabricate or repair metal parts and products.
  • Operate brakes, shears, and other metal shaping, straightening, and bending machines to prepare materials for welding.
  • Determine the weldability of materials and select the appropriate welding process.
  • Start up, shut down, adjust, and monitor robotic welding production lines to optimize efficiency.
  • Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in welding or a related field.
  • Commercial and residential work experience.
  • Excellent client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
  • Permanent work arrangement with 40 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
