Job Title: Systems Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Specialist to join our team at Nextgen System Canada. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Confer with clients to identify their requirements and provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  • Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware, and develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle.
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of business intelligence, cloud, networking software, servers, and database software.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
