We are seeking a highly skilled Information Systems Consultant to join our team at Nextgen System Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Confer with clients to identify their requirements and provide expert advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
- Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware, and develop policies and procedures to minimize the effects of security breaches.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle, ensuring that our solutions meet the highest standards of quality and security.
- Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, information systems, or business administration.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of business intelligence, cloud computing, networking software, servers, and database software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
