Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales staff to duties and ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
- Hire, train, and develop sales staff to meet the needs of our customers.
- Order and manage inventory to meet customer demand.
- Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Prepare sales reports and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff to ensure seamless store operations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
