About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Shoshana's Day Care. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Management: Assist with office management tasks, such as maintaining inventory, ordering supplies, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our team, clients, and stakeholders.

Requirements
