About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at MECHARM GROUP. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in various aspects of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from project sites.
  • Site Preparation: Assist in erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
  • Concrete Work: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Support Services: Assist medical examiners, help with drilling and blasting rock, and assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
  • Site Maintenance: Level earth to fine grade specifications, pave and rake asphalt, and clean up chemical spills and other contaminants.
  • Machinery Operation: Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction.
  • Site Safety: Direct traffic at or near construction sites.
