Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at PJ Atlantic Restaurants (Fred-North) Ltd.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and supervising a team of food service counter attendants and food preparers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, providing guidance and training on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, customer feedback, and staff performance.
- Operate cash register and manage cash handling procedures.
- Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
