Student Services Specialist

The Student Services Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the academic and career goals of students at Maricopa Community Colleges. This position requires a strong commitment to student success and a passion for providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct student reception and intake, assessing needs and providing information on services and processes.
- Provide academic and career advisement for new, continuing, and prospective students, including information on admissions, registration, program and degree requirements, and MCCCD policies and procedures.
- Manage a wide variety of information sources to maintain current knowledge of advising policies and facilitate group advising, including presentation of information and registration.
- Develop and maintain relationships with students, faculty, and staff to ensure a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
