Position Overview

As a Culinary Specialist at Virsa Indian Cuisine Ltd, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Your expertise in food preparation and kitchen management will ensure that our culinary standards are met consistently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of complete meals and individual dishes, focusing on authentic Indian cuisine.
  • Special Dietary Needs: Create and prepare special meals for individuals with dietary restrictions as directed by the head chef or dietitian.
  • Team Supervision: Oversee kitchen staff and assistants, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety standards.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food supplies, equipment, and inventory levels to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Sanitation: Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Qualifications

Education: No formal degree, certificate, or diploma required.

Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience in a culinary setting.
