Position Overview

As a Culinary Specialist at Virsa Indian Cuisine Ltd, you will play a vital role in our kitchen operations, ensuring the preparation of high-quality meals that reflect our commitment to authentic Indian cuisine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes, adhering to our traditional recipes and standards.
  • Special Dietary Needs: Create and cook specialized meals for patients as directed by dietitians or chefs.
  • Supervision: Oversee kitchen staff and assistants, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety standards.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Sanitation: Ensure cleanliness of the kitchen and work areas, following health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a culinary role.
