Position Overview

As a Cleaning Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our facilities. Your leadership will guide a team of cleaning professionals to maintain high standards of hygiene and service.

Qualifications
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in a supervisory role within the cleaning or facilities management sector.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in French is required; knowledge of Spanish is an asset.
Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and oversee cleaning staff to ensure effective performance.
  • Coordinate and supervise daily cleaning operations and activities.
  • Conduct inspections of facilities to uphold safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services.
  • Identify and arrange for additional services, including maintenance and repairs.
  • Maintain accurate financial records related to cleaning operations.
  • Assist cleaning staff in their duties as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for cleaning personnel.

Work Environment
