Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Cement Finisher to join our team at UNITED CONCRETE & GRAVEL LTD. This permanent position offers a structured work schedule of 32 hours per week and requires a commitment to quality and precision in all tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fill in depressions and eliminate imperfections on newly poured cement.
  • Utilize power vibrators for effective concrete compaction.
  • Ensure the top surface of concrete is leveled according to specified grades and depths.
  • Apply desired finishes to concrete surfaces using both hand and power tools.
  • Install fixtures such as anchor bolts, steel plates, and door sills.
  • Apply hardening and sealing agents to properly cure surfaces.
  • Conduct waterproofing and restoration of surfaces.
  • Repair, resurface, and replace damaged sections of concrete structures.
  • Interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications accurately.
