About the Role:
The Manager of Youth Services will oversee a 24/7 drop-in center, shelter, outreach initiatives, and specialized programs for 2SLGBTQIA+ youth and young parents. Reporting to the Program Director, you will be responsible for the management, quality assurance, and supervision of staff within these vital programs. Your role will involve:
- Supervising and mentoring team members to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Participating in budget management and maintaining financial accountability.
- Building and nurturing relationships with funders and community partners.
- Ensuring excellence in client-centered care in a dynamic and busy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Management: Develop and implement strategic directions for the program, ensuring alignment with FSGV's vision and values.
- Quality Assurance: Regularly monitor program activities to ensure high-quality services and successful outcomes.
- Performance Oversight: Supervise program staff, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
