Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Subway. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Restaurant Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing inventory, controlling costs, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer has a positive experience and leaves the restaurant satisfied.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure they are working effectively and efficiently.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and coaching to help staff improve their skills and performance.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for staff and customers.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Certifications: Safe Food Handling certificate.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Free Parking: Available on site.
- Permanent Employment: Full-time position with a regular schedule.
- Language: English.
- Hours of Work: 40 hours per week.
