About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Metal Fabrication Worker to join our team at Polad Develop Inc. as a key member of our metal products manufacturing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Sort and organize metal sheets and parts, scrap metal, and other materials in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Clean and maintain machines and immediate work areas to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Equipment Operation: Load and unload vehicles, and operate lifting devices and hand tools as required.
  • Quality Control: Read and interpret work orders to ensure accurate completion of tasks.
Work Environment

Our manufacturing facility is a busy and dynamic environment with a focus on producing high-quality metal products. As a Metal Fabrication Worker, you will be working in a noisy environment with a team of experienced professionals.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Qualities: Dependability, reliability, and a strong team player attitude.
